Accepted Teams
Not yet open. This page is for teams accepted into the competition. It will open, with the full accepted-stage submission form below, after notification (end of January 2027).
What you'll be asked
- Technical — production build URL (integrated with the live CHI 2027 programme feed), JSON update handling, scaling plan, security confirmation, incident and backup contacts.
- Submission package — updated walkthrough video, one-page summary, signed consent form, showcase participation acknowledgement.
- Data and privacy — completed privacy checklist, consent flow confirmation, data retention confirmation.
- Ongoing obligations — availability for a jury walkthrough, participation in the post-event retrospective, and disclosure of significant post-acceptance changes.
Templates for the consent form, privacy checklist, and one-page summary are provided on acceptance.
